Our private steam room will leave you warm to the core. This service can be added before of after any treatment.

Himalayan Salt Soak

Enjoy a soak in a private claw foot tub, rich with minerals from pink Himalayan salt. This service be added before or after a treatment. Choose between peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus or orange essential oil- on their own or any combination.

Essential Foot Treatment

Aromatherapy steam towels cocoon your feet before and after a lemongrass peppermint exfoliating scrub, followed by a foot massage. You can enjoy this treatment a la carte or add it to a massage service.

Spa Facial Massage

Our signature relaxation based facial massage. Lemon and lavender hot steam towels, foaming rose cleanser, gentle citrus scrub + masque with a neck, scalp, arm and hand massage.

The following modalities are performed by our practitioners who have had extra training in each of these services.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is a massage modality based on a traditional Hawaiian style of bodywork. Lomi Lomi is a flowing and rhythmic style of massage inspired by the waves of the ocean. It is a very relaxing style of massage, but can also be deeply therapeutic, and the pressure of the massage will be tailored to your needs.

Prenatal

Body cushions that allow you to lie face down are provided to ensure maximum comfort for mama to be. Each practitioner who performs prenatal massage has gone through extra training.

Lymphatic Drainage

The intention of Manual Lymphatic Drainage is to improve the flow of lymph fluid, which can help manage swelling and other symptoms of lymphedema. You can read a more in depth explanation about lymphatic drainage here.

Your first session will include a short intake, a full body dry brush treatment and you will receive manual lymphatic drainage massage.

Reflexology

Stimulates zones on the feet that corresponds to the organs of the body.  Promotes healing and relaxation throughout your whole body.

Cupping Therapy

Your massage therapist will use both hands and 'cups' during this massage session. Depending on what is needed, the glass cups can either remain stationary, or be moved over muscles while maintaining suction. Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to help alleviate muscle tension, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and increase blood flow and relaxation. 

Our massage therapists offer either fire cupping or the use of silicone cups.  Please call us to schedule if you have a preference of which you receive.  Otherwise, you are able to schedule online.

Relaxation Based Acupuncture

This treatment is for those looking for an alternative relaxation experience. An abbreviated intake precedes this session, and aims to calm the nervous system and decrease stress.

If it is needed, cupping therapy may be added. See the description above for more information on cupping.

Go with the Flow

Body Polish

Eco friendly buffing beads, along with jojoba, avocado, peach and sunflower oil, are used to provide a gentle but effective exfoliant and deep relaxation for the body and mind. Exfoliation helps with the removal of dead skin and will increase circulation, leading to healthier looking, glowing skin.
